There is none.
o.O I don't believe there even is a Bright Plate Helmet. According to GameBanshee's Equipment Database, there is no such thing. Although I might be wrong, but I doubt it because I have Full Bright Plate Armor and I don't have a helmet. You can use the Bright Chainmail Helmet though. It's what I use.
