The Sith Lords Restoration Project - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki
It's nothing on Kotor three, but it is still pretty cool. Its a remake of kotor 2. It's made not by obsidian or lucasarts, but by a group named gizka. I wonder if it will be good or just a poor atempt.
