| That's the problem with Melee, is the items and dependancy. With ternion, you could get a staff from act one and sail through to Epic, but with melee, you need a constant focus on items.
I picked up a staff that I got from the very first satyr boss in act one, kicked Typhon's arse with it, the staff's base damage was somethin like 4 fire damage. With my intelligence, ternion, and earth enchantment, I got the damage up to about 150 per second, and with the battle marker shrine easily available when fighting Typhon, he went down quicker than carrot top not being funny. |
