| Normally, the editor has a default limit of 99 for abilities and stats. It may be that the editor determins a realistic experience level according to the 99 limit. There is the special option, in the drop down menues where you can set abilities and stats to 255, or whatever. The reason for the 99 limit is certain parts of the game you have a difficult time hitting or damaging an opponent. |
