You can get two different complete sets of Eastern Armor in the Eastern Guild in Arindale. One set has increased "strike" attributes. And the other has increased "parry" attributes to it.
As far as Naked Wizards go.... There is a Wizards Hat available. Now the thought of a Naked Wizard with just a hat on is enough to scare away most sensible monsters, I would think.
