I liked the last idea.. Not bad.. Anyway here mine..

You could start off as an apprentice.. Maybe the first scene will have you and your master in a conversation about what's happen the last few years.. You'll talk about Revan and the Exile.. From there the game will know if they're male or female/dark or light etc.. (About appearances, I'm not really sure) Then something big happens (a trial perhaps) and you go search for Revan and the Exile.. During the game you'll have to findout who is the True Sith and what it's got to do with anything.. Then you go to the outer regions and find Revan and the Exile.. Alone.. Towards the end then will the three of you face the True Sith.. Or to make things interesting.. That will come in KOTOR 4.. Haha..
