| You can't go on guild quests unless you've joined the guild (except for the guild of mystery pre-initiation quest). Some guild quests also require that you have a second tier class in the guild, so there are only so many that you can do.
In your case as a samurai / trickster, you won't be able to do most of the guild quests. You'll only be able to do one Guild if Fighters quest, two Guild of Mystery quests, and the Eastern Houses quests.
