I think we still have a long way to go until we are all treated equal (at least in the UK). We even have car insurance firms that will only insure women (purely cos they are women and therefore must be safer drivers - surely this is punishing the majority of safe male drivers just cos of a few) and will only insure men if the women put them on their insurance. That just seems a little sexist to me. The whole ladies night thing seems sexist too, but at the same time there are ways around it lol. I know a few years ago I used to go to nights like that all the time with my friend and she used to just get loads of free drinks then share them around lol.

Personally, at the moment I can live with little sexist stuff like that though as I still think women get the worst deal when it comes to sexism, especially in the work place and if they want to have kids etc.
