Umm... that's not sushi..
Though there is something called "Temaki," which is grilled eel in Teriyaki sauce as a type of sushi.
@Fable, in addition to 'California Rolls' you may also like Dynamite Crab Rolls and Soft Shell Crab Rolls or Spider Rolls.. all of which involve cooked seafood
For that matter, you might like Temaki as well. My advice..start with the cooked varieties and work your way up to those that use raw fish.
