| yea, I think after purchasing every house(I only use 1, in skingrad, for proximity to the zone & to a shop, while having enuf containers to keep stuff sorted in), every magic item 1/2 worth buying, and consistantly buying soul gems off merchants as they got empty grands, or grands with grands... I still have like 100+k
