Always need more specifics. Many errors appear the same, but end up being slightly different. I believe that this is the error that you are referring to:

If so, then this has been resolved and is documented by microsoft in the link the faq as a problem with the installation or version of .NET framework. The .NET framework contains the fundamental building blocks that this application was written on using Visual Studio .NET. Trying downloading or reinstalling .NET from the links in my signature or the FAQ and let me know what happens. If this does not resolve the problem, then look in the folder "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\" (where C:\Windows is the typical location for XP") and tell me what the names of the subfolders are. I'm running the 2.0 verion of .NET framework. Also, I need to know which version of windows which can be found by running msinfo32.exe and copying the first two lines("OS Name" & "Version"). Thanks.
