| i'm only suggesting this because i did it in the same cave so please dont be offended, but are you sure you are not in sneak and/or have a weapon drawn when you try and jump?
failing that are you on the pc or 360? if you are on the pc then as a last resort you could always use the console to turn off clipping (which means you can go through scenary hence through the ridge) |
