| I think the availability of certain spells is leveled along with the loot. I have never seen that spell for sale, only its tronger versions when I have been looking for it (lvl 20+). Also, at higher lvls, I have noticed simpler spells not being available anymore. I will have to check this out with my new char. and will get back you once I have. |
