| You can use the "player.removespell [ID]" command from the console to remove any spell from your list. Of course, this only works on the PC version.
I'm still working on our spell database (which will include all the IDs), but in the meantime you can open up the character data that the game dumps into your Oblivion installation folder for a full list of all the spells your character knows and their 8-character ID. It's just a text file and can be opened with Wordpad or similar program.
