| I have Oblivion base edition. the CE includes a coin and other trivial things. It has a cheat console and several codes have been posted at gamefaqs.com
The enterface is confusing at first, but not many gamers take the time even to check the options. The game map has locations you can zip directly to. But if you travel on foot, or horseback, you discover new places that will then appear on the map.
I only have an fx5900 agp 128mb and the install defaults me to 640/480, but the graphics are strangely adequit. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting it unless they have at least an ATI Radeon 9500, or at least an nvidia fx6500 in order to play at 800/600 and above. Your machine should also have at least 2gig processor and 1gig memory actually available to the game.
I could go on and on, but you get the picture!
I've lost count of the times I've played through DL, all versions, and feel that when finally an editor is doing everything but making morning coffee in DL/CE, Then I'll really get into Oblivion. |
