| Quite a lot of the game features changed after the printing of the manual, so the best thing to do is to check the Readme file in the directory where you installed the game. Sniper does exist, I remember taking it before, I couldn't say what the exact requirements are though. It may be that you need 200 points in the Ranged skill. |
