| I always found that Deathclaw from vault 13 annoying, he'd always charge into battle and block the other characters shots and then if he got hit he'd turn against me.
Additionally he does that cloak taking off thingy which adds a huge amount of unnecessary seconds to both the start of a battle and the end of one. When fighting a series of small battles the cloaking takes forever and makes fighting so much more painful.
