i quite liked the ending. it was a bit quick but it leaves it open to the imagination a bit, like the whole 'what is revan doing now?' question does. maybe its just me, but i like games that leave you wondering about things. you know revan has gone into unknown space in search of the true sith and you know bastila went to look for revan. you know what happens to all the crew except the droids (i personally think t3 will go and try to locate revan and HK will probably head off to find the droid factory or try to return to revan again). i think kotor2 had a great story that makes sense (if you think about it enough lol) and the ending was perfect for it. i have only played as ds and claimed the dark throne and now who knows where my sith lord will go. she could try to conquer the galaxy, she could choose to walk away back into exile or she could go to try and find revan and the true sith. its entirely up to your imagination. the only thing about the ending that disappointed me was the useless cutscene/movie at the end. it could have been far better. i also liked malachor because the fact that you could kill sion, kreia and all the sith in the place showed how powerful you had become now and kind of confirms that you are worthy of being a sith lord (if ds). with kotor1 i kinda felt that revan was a little underpowered to reclaim the mantle of sith lord when i did it the ds route. yes she killed malak, but she wasn't really all that much more powerful than bastila.
