| It happens sometimes a NPC gets lost - behind some scenery most often (so a NPC is there from game's point of view, but you can neither see nor reach it). If you have xbox you most probably could only try to leave-save-reload or come back after 72 (in-game) hours and hope he would have been reappeared - or use an earlier save.
