Alrightys, i made spell to open 100 pts, and i have a 60/0 for casting it. How did I get the casting chance up? I read somewhere that you have to get better at that clase of magic. And its alteration i believe, but i have an alteration spell that has a 100% chance casting, so i'm stooped, and i'd really want this to work. This also happened to me for a levitation spell.
