Omg i dont know how many times i have done wat u said, install dl, install english 1.3,then install german 1.4, then ur thing, it never works!! sorry i know this must sound nooby but it alwasts stays as version 1.3 and instead of being in english the item names are in german. wired thing is tht everything else is normal(english).
