seriously. I was messing around on my Nord character before restarting a game, and I got over 2,000,000 gold bounty on my head, and I was running through each town, gathering as many guards as I could to follow me. WOW, I think I had about 20 guards on my ass. Then I jumped in the air and they all ran.
