Please note also that since hitting under time stop is a 100% chance, then as long as your opponent doesn't have Protection from Magic Weapons (or some other physical protection, not including stoneskin), you can pretty easily kill them via Shapeshift: Mindflayer. Generally not to be used, as IIRC you don't get the XP points, but useful if you can't find a way to kill them.
