| This one's not really a glitch, per se, just some odd AI behavior. You know how if you use Suicide or Vision of Death in public, all the NPC's rush over to the dying one to see if they can help? Well, as a Ventrue one time I used Suicide on the Mandarin right outside of Barabus' cage. Barabus himself came charging out of the cage and run up to the Mandarin saying "Are you alright? Do you need help? What's wrong?"
I thought it was funny.
