| These altars are places to upgrade various artifacts such as weapons like the Sword of Fire that you get in Arindale if your character is elvish, however, you'll have to wait for the 1.4 patch for most of them to work. You'll find the Moonstone on an Island in the middle of Lost Lake just north of the Elven Lands. After you kill the moonbeasts who live there, one of them will drop a Moonstone. Even then, you can only travel to Moonbridges that you have visited after you find the Moonstone, as it must be attuned to each bridge.
