For other people,
my post would echo Fiona's so I won't repeat what she just wrote 
For myself?
I would buy tickets to travel around the world, taking as long as I wanted. I would vary it between camping in the rough, and enjoying five star hotels, I'd go to the far icy north, I'd sleep in a tent with wolf song in the distance...
I'd go to the dessert, and gaze upwards at millions of stars, I'd travel to the tropics and drink rum near pounding ocean surf...
I'd spend time cycling through France, Italy, Greece and Spain... sampling as much wine and cheese as was humanly possible...
