| Redemption's Value...
Redemption holds none of the same qualities of Bloodlines. Everything said here is true. I thoroughly enjoyed the game despite its flaws because I am an avid fan of the World of Darkness created by White Wolf. This version has its disciplines more closely tied to the PnP game. If you are coming at it from a Bloodlines perspective, the game is worth it to see what Bloodlines could have been and where a sequel could go.
If you are a fan of the PnP game, you might enjoy it for the Dark Ages beginning that allows Diabelerie and the transition to the Modern Age. It is a basic introduction to the World of Darkness(there should have been Pnp Adverts). If you are adamant that your gaming experience be as free of errors, glitches, and inanity as possible, do NOT buy this game. I personally loved this game, but there are fans of the PnP that hate it. This should be enough information for anyone to decide whether or not they want to buy this game. |
