What does privacy have to do with it? Plain and simple, schools do not hold jurisdiction over the internet. Never have, and never will. To discipline a student because of something that has occured online is over stretching jurisdiction. As I said, unless the student was caught in school posting such stuff, there is absolutely nothing they can do about it.
