| you can rest in the abyssal plane that is available until the final fight but you cannot rest during the final fight. if you mean during the main parts of TOB then you should be able to rest im the abyssal plane where cespenar is. if you are talking about the plane where the final fight takes place, then no its not a bug as you are not supposed to be able to rest there. |
