OK. This is strange. When I tried again to level up my 1/1 Rogue/Sorcerer to 1/2 Rogue/Sorcerer last night, the game did give me the Toughness feat. That was with the constitution ring off, so maybe that had something to do with it.
Go figure!
What I have learned so far.... It appears that when you reach the level for your next feat, and you level up in a particular class, you get the next feat in the sequence for that class.
Here's another question. Suppose you already have that feat from one of your other classes. Does the game skip over it and give you the next new feat, or do you get no new feat for that level up?
