| Bullet schematics question
Hi everybody,
I have a (maybe) stupid question: I bought the "Bullet" schematics, but I cannot use it because some requisite is missing. I wonder what is/are the requisite/s to use this? Maybe to have other schematics in Explosives?
Anyone can help?
