(assuming a fight breaks out...if no, then Halgrath waits for Sh'rarn to intervene) Looking at the dwarf which seems the least prepared, Halgrath joined in the attack. Although he is reluctant to actually starts the fighting, but the momentum of Kazar's attack means the party should take the initiative...or at least try to knock some senses to those hostile dwarves...
