| I just checked the Manual Addendum. It says:
"Perks that give attribute bonuses will not be able to be selected by players that have an Attribute value of 10 or more."
Which is actually saying both 'no you can't' and 'yes you can' in the same sentence.
Even the ruddy Addendum can't make it's mind up... |
