Er... I was under the impression you can't increase Attributes above 10.

Regardless, I won with these Attributes (and it wasn't too difficult):

STR 4 (items-boosted to 7)
PER 8 (9)
End 6
CHA 7
INT 9
AGI 7 (8)
LUC 6
