I have a char near the end of the game, at level 46.

You HAVE to have the basic requirements for any Perk for it to become available to your char. For example, if you want HtoH Perks, go for Bonus HtoH Damage - BUT you need 6 AGILITY, 6 STRENGTH, be at level 5 or above, and alrady have an Unarmed skill of 50 . If you are lacking in ANY of those requirements, the Perk will not appear in your Perks Available list at level-up. Which you should know if are reading the Manual.

Other HtoH:
Pugilist - 25 Unarmed, Level 5
Slayer - 8 Agility, 8 Strength, 80 Unarmed, Level 14

Other useful perks for HtoH char, though not specific for the class:
Dodger
Damage Resistance
Die Hard
Retribution

But you should have sussed all of those from reading the Manual, which is where I got 'em from. I have never used HtoH.

Besides, if you are meeting Hujarks, you are pretty well along in your game, so you will have have figured out a fair bit by now.

Skilled is a good Trait.
But it DOES mean you only gain Perks every 4th level, instead of every 3. If you are happy to trade off Perks against an additional point to every attribute, plus 5 extra skill points per level, that is fine. I used it ONCE. And got very frustrated very early in the game because I wasn't getting perks every 3rd level - so I wiped out the char and started over.

I prefer any two of these:
Ascetic
Studious Tinkerer
Good Natured

For an HtoH char, you might do well with:
Heavy Handed
Nasty Disposition
I think you mixed up skilled with gifted, skill gives 3 more skill point per level, and u only gain perks every 4 levels instead of 3. And I know about the requirements for all the perks and stuff like that, the thing is, the manual i incorrect, the perks do different things in the manual than in the game, and i want to plan my chars before playing them, but because of the bugged manual i cant plan anything! Where can I find a manual that shows what the perks really do??
