| Planescape: Torment. in a genre that makes a point of plot and characters, it beats the lot by also having originality. as to the reasons, I'd rather not start a rant that will probably end up in my labelling most of the computer games-playing population a semi-literate unappreciative gitpile. all I'll say is the graphics were a bit behind the times. and twitch with suppressed rage.
