[Squee]

I was thinking of a character that would use Combat:One-hand Melee and Thought: Electric for offense, and use Cobat: Evasion as defense. I'm not sure wich perks and stuff like that to use, and i'm not sure about race either. I was thinking of the char more lika a roleplaying thing than an powergaming thingy, he's the extremely fast samurai type, dodging every blow, striking hard with his sword and he's able to strike so fast that lightening appears. He is a roleplaying character but I want to know if this kind of char could finish the game? Or will this **** just not work, and he'll suck? Help please...
