| Roleplayingwise I'd say Jaheira doesn't really fit this 'evil, like, totally!' party. I know her alignment is neutral but in dialogue and storyline she seems far more geared towards 'good'. Also, for power, you have more than enough fighters and Viconia is a topnotch healer, so you don't need Jaheira's fighter or druid skills.
Why not take Haer'Dalis instead? He's good at complementing parties.
Or leave Jaheira out, don't replace her and make your pc a Blade or Skald. Your whole party will lvl quicker that way, especially with dualing Sarevok.
