to summarize a bit :
1) physical shield ==> used to get high CM
2) guile ==> earning tons of money + guile when buy/selling
3) red meat ==> for every red meat +5strength (with CM of 20 it's +100strength)
4) carrots ==> for every carrot +5skill (with CM of 20 it's +100skill)
5) fish ==> same but for will
The first 2 are the most important. The food just beefs up your exp. and since i'm buying everything i hotkeyed them so i can use them with a high CM.
