You can equip 'charm of night' and 'warrior's cuff'. There is a bug in the game where if you have more trinkets in inventory then you have slots you need to drop or sell the trinkets you don't want to wear before the others will all go on. I assume this is your problem so, drop any necklaces and bracelets that you don't want to wear then the 'charm of night' and the warrior's cuff' should go on. You can then pick up the things you dropped.
If a dragon or spell caster is in the process of casting a spell/fireball that movement will continue after you pause. However after that they will cast no more while you are paused. Also any spell that is in fight continues till it hits something. Melee attacks in progress also continue they are just less obvious. You will continue to drown, heal and recharge spells while paused. Also spells like gripping vine and freeze will wear off while you are paused. Lastly creatures continue to spawn while you are paused so if you pause for a long time you will have to face multiple spawns. D  |
