heh I also had trouble with High Ordinators, i had a regular Ordinators armor on and i talked to one and he started attacking me.
I RAN SO FAST. but he eventully caught up and killed me. plus the insane Her Hand Guard wandering Godsreach, that dude pissed me off!!!
