So far what I have found wrong with Awakenings!!!

Postby Razenhell » Mon Jan 21, 2013 12:12 am

So far I have found only 1 of the survivors that are numbered as 3 (the terrified merchant) and he wasn't being attacked so he won't disappear in the walkthrough. The other survivors are no where to be found. I can't speak with the soldier at 5 so i can't get the quest to give him help. I haven't saved any soldiers so none are going to the gate as stated in the walkthrough. I can't get to the crate by the merchant to loot it even though i can click on it and it says loot it. I can't get to Rowland so I can't do the final battle. I have even went as far as to start the game all over and still I have the same problem.

Could this all be due to a bug or not having the correct version of the game? I have tried several other campaigns and I am having similar problems where I can only get so far and then the game can't progress any further. I have version 1.04 installed.

Would someone pleas respond with a helpful suggestion? I see views on my other posts but no one has replied.

You're having a multitude of problems that I've never heard reported before. If you're playing an actual, legal copy of the game, then I'd suggest uninstalling and re-installing it, and if that doesn't work, then look into exchanging or returning it.

Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

Thank you so much for replying. It is a legal copy and the problems only came up after I had completed the the Origins part and Allister was made King. I didn't have any trouble with the original Origins game, just with the extra stuff like Awakening, Golems of Amarok, Leliana's Song and Witch Hunt. My boyfriend thought it might be a patch issue.
