| Luis made a important point. Depending on who you fight some monsters can drain abilities. Alot of times it happens quick and you may not realize it. I'm not sure that resting will restore this. I believe it requires a cleric spell or a wand. If your charisma drops below a certain point you will not be able to cast. |
