I think I didn't give a good description of my spellcasting problem.
Even after resting several times in a safe area, my sorcerer can't get his level 1 spells back. I select on the Arcane spells menu and the level 1 spells he picked during character generation are still greyed out after resting. And my sorcerer has a 16-17 Charisma, if I recall, so he definitely has more than the
required minimum for spellcasting. The problem is even after resting his level 1 spells don't return.
Has anyone had this problem?
