| For the end game (L60) restoration is currently the most viable spec.
You could - depending on guild - go whatever course which interests you, but restoration is currently seen as "the" druid spec. And you have to make sure you spec high enough for the Innervate spell.
But naturally you could respec, and level up in Feral and then respec at or near L60.
As for the casting from animal form, then I don't recall ever seeing mentioned that it was possible, so I doubt it -but can't answer with 100%. |
