You should have gotten it after you passed the first test by Master Zhar(or whoever) whitch is the jedi code. Then speak to him again and he tells you to constuct a lightsaber. It ushally equips itself but check your invintory anyways. If its not there and you cant do the second test then load to a saved game before Dantooine (if you have one) if not then iyou will probbally have to start over unless you want to compleat the game as a non-jedi.
