HAH, clearing this up for you. In ACTUAL statistics Warforged CANNOT be monks without a certain warforged feat called "Unarmored body" which takes your shell off. This is in the Races of eberron book that I have, and I thought I'd clear this up for you all.
It states specifically-
"Unarmored Body-
This takes the armor off of a warforged allowing it to cast spells easier and BECOME a monk."
