| I was a Toreador, and I just used the skill "Celerity" where you get faster, and then i ran around and shot her, because i didn't have more than 1 can to my flamethrower (and i only had 2 bags of normal blood)... but shootning her is the easiest way; if you get too close, or stand still for too long, you quickly loose a great amount of health...
and don't forget to kill her "offspring" while they are small!
