Darkness decends on the skeleton in the back and the hall behind it, yet you catch a glimpse of a tall, black-furred humanoid in white silk robes before all goes dark. You feel a rush of arcane power gust down the hallway as you hear bones clatter against the stone. A hand clutching the bow flies towards you as the white robed figure steps out of the darkness, with smoke billowing your way.

Pointing at you, you feel a familiar tug on your minds...

"You two should be gone from here! This place will be coming down soon. Don't forget your mission!"

He starts casting a spell, light flaring around his simian shaped hands and a burst of light swirls around you. Suddenly a heavy mace, trailing black vaper crashes home into his shoulder from behind and you see Dresh knocking him to the ground by brute force.

Through agonizing pain Shawdor finishes his spell and in the haze of a dimensional shift you hear that dry voice again...

"It's been a while Shawdor. Say your prayer's now shadowman!"

You see a mace crashing down against the head of the White Robes as your torn out of the tower and dropped into a field hundreds of miles away.
