| Yep, they've got races in here called Draconians. There's a few types, you'd have to deal with the weaker one's. They aren't really fit for spellcasting at all, although, if you wanted to start out as a 1st level wizard, but a powerful race, you could be one of the spellcasting Draconians. They were made from Good dragon eggs which were corrupted by dark magic's to be soldiers for an evil army. Might be right down your alley really.
Each race has it's advantages and drawbacks and what-not. If you seem interested in one I could give you a description.
